Lord Vishnu is often depicted in human form reclining on the great serpent - Sheshanag. Lord Vishnu is depicted as having four hands :

• Second hand holds a conch from which all existence is said to have originated.

• Ten Mukhi Rudraksha symbolises Lord Vishnu, the Preserver of the Universe. It is believed that this Rudraksha also represents Dusavatara (10 Incarnations of Lord Vishnu).

 • It is not ruled by any planet. 

• According to the Srimad Bhagvat Purana, the Ten Mukhi Rudraksha has a strong positive effect on adverse planetary effects, evil power, misfortunes, miseries and worldly sufferings. 

• In the Shiva Purana, it is mentioned that an individual, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, nationality and gender can wear the 10 Mukhi Rudraksha for attaining fame and success in career.

 • The wearer of Ten faced Rudraksha attains a sense of security, develops a sound mind, achieves happiness and success and is safeguarded against evil influences.

• The 10 Mukhi Rudraksha is worn on a Sunday. It should be capped in gold or silver, strung on a red thread and worn while chanting mantras.
